all my adult life.

I have been a Certified Executive
Pastry Chef for ten years now.
 I feel honored to be part of a very Elite
group as there are only about 130 of
us in the entire United States.
I was the first Certified Executive
Pastry Chef in the state of Tennessee.
At this time, I am one of only
three in Tennessee.
